What we bring

Our senior team brings decades of experience in multiple regions across the education system, from early childhood and primary education through secondary, tertiary, and skills development, including senior leadership roles in global education institutions and direct engagement with education ministers, state secretaries, and senior government counterparts.

We help institutions navigate core reform challenges, including foundational learning, teacher effectiveness, system financing, innovative finance, and the growing role of AI and emerging technologies in education. Much of our current work is centred on Sub-Saharan Africa and India.

How we work

Woodspring bridges philanthropy, multilateral institutions, and technical consulting. We understand funder priorities, government systems, and implementation constraints, and we translate across them. When clients need to understand a model intervention, assess a potential grantee or implementing organization, or navigate a shifting policy environment, we help frame the right questions, bring in the right expertise, and deliver decision tools aligned with their timelines.

Our team

A deliberately small core team connected to a network of experts we draw from as the work requires. Senior people, direct access, fast response.
